MIA 4 are very safe to ride, because of the high-technology that they have. Our thorough training that you will receive before the tour is enough to make you experts and that makes you feel comfortable and knowledgeable about this unique device. Helmets are available on our tours if needed. Our routes are smooth and clear providing you with a seamless glide.

When it’s really hot out, we recommend an application of sunscreen on exposed parts of the body, a lightweight pair of sunglasses and a hat as well. During the cooler seasons it’s important to wear an extra layer of clothing and consider bringing gloves and a scarf . If it looks like rain we can provide you with a plastic rain poncho.

A MIA 4 can be ridden by people from ages 16 to approximately 70.

Our vehicles are speed limited to 18 miles per hour. This can be compared to jogging. So, the speed limit is 18 miles per hour, but you can drive at the pace that is more comfortable for you.

In case of heavy rain before the tour starts we will always try to postpone your tour to another day or time. If it starts to rain during the tour you will be provided with free ponchos by us (which you can keep after the tour). In the worst case where it rains too strongly and you are unable to postpone your tour, we will issue a voucher for a free Segway Tour valid for a whole year.

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

Tour goes forward, light rain or shine (don’t worry, if they are needed – we’ll bring the poncho’s!). If you would like to cancel your tour or modify the date, we require notification at least 72 hours before your departure time. Refunds will not be provided for changes or cancellations made after this time.
